ABOUT YOUR HOST

Hi! I’m Sam. I’m a mom to twin toddlers and a pup named Winston. Becoming a mother is by far the greatest gift I have ever been given. It has given me more purpose and drive in my life than anything else ever has or will. And yet, that doesn’t mean it hasn’t been a rollercoaster of constant change, challenge, and struggle. I hope that this podcast helps others on the same journey feel seen and valued, navigating these major life transitions!
